Founded in 2005, Kanghua Community Development Center (KCDC) is a grassroots NGO based in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The organisation has been responsible for a number of community development projects, with an emphasis on environmental and rural community preservation. Formerly called Kangmei, KCDC used to be a branch of the World Wide Fund (WWF). It still has connections with larger NGOs and local tourism & government offices, as well as  frequently participating in industrial communications. Read more about what we do on our projects page.
